[...] AllThingsFinancial started on blogger and he recently (last September) moved all his content over but he’s been at this for at least a year (when we ran into each other). If you look into his archives and poke your head into September, you’ll read about his Hurricane Rita experience. First is the calm before the storm, tracking the monstrosity, a quick departure, a few days of silence, followed by a story of the evacuation experience, some photos, more stories of being displaced, returning home and surveying the damage, getting electricity restored (but no internet!), and finally the conclusion with the “I’m Back” post.
Hey JLP,
I've got my fingers crossed for you to get your internet access back. My inlaws have moved back in to their house in New Orleans and have everything (including broadband) up except a phone. I know it's a bummer not having internet access but at least it doesn't smell like a garbage dump where you are. (I guess it really stinks in N.O).

I've managed to screw up my old ELYM site at: http://elym.blogspot.com and don't have it any longer. I do have my new site up at:
http://www.everybodylovesyourmoney.com

If you have any older links to my blogger site, they won't work now. Can you update them when you have time? Thanks a lot.

Glad to hear that things are starting to return to normal. Getting misinformation and waiting for your cable guy is just about as normal as it gets! Here's hoping you get connected soon!

Even though it's frustrating, remember that the most important thing
is that everyone is okay and you can be complaining about not being
able to get on the Internet.
