College is Much Different Now Days
By JLP | December 8, 2005
I saw this article (free) in today’s Wall Street Journal about FaceBook, which is an online community for college kids. Apparently some kids are posting too much information and leaving themselves open to danger. I didn’t have such things to worry about during my college days.

at first I thought I read that article already from the past, but then I looked at the date.
A similiar one can be found at the Boston Globe. These stories are popping up all over now too, it’s kinda interesting to see how these sites have grown.
this week’s Business Week had a fairly indepth article covering sites like Myspace, Xanga, Facebook, etc. etc.
personally I dislike those sites but yeah, almost everyone in my age group has one or another.

Too much information can definitely be a bad thing.
