I thought Randal looked good from the start but if you actually watch the shows carefully, he messed up quite a lot! He got by on the back of the other good candidates who carried him and helped him to win. His attributes are unquestionable but I thought Rebecca was going to get hired as well. He has some obvious faults, some of which are mentioned above. That Alla woman was an awful person, so glad she didnt get through! I too agree with people regarding the race issue. It will most likely be a woman apprentice next time, surely? Interesting comments above…

Donald Trump has gone beyond his means to appear open minded. The show was subliminally directed towards hiring two apprentices and Randal failed to recognise the plot. Both Randal and Rebecca have their own strengths and qualities, but Randal appeared insecure and failed to demonstrate the leadership quality by not recognising and hiring talent. I also believe that Rebecca chose the other project in order to avoid being in conflict with Randal as she was on the ball all along. In all fairness, Randal really disappointed me, and if I were Trump I would ensure that Rebecca is hired because who really cares what Randal thinks!!

I just finished watching the Apprentice Season 4 for the second time, cause I really love and respect Rebecca, who is just of the same age as me, but much tougher, more generous than me, honestly. Randal failed in the very end, with his insecurity, ungenerousity or say, mean personality, completely revealed.

I have great belief in Rebecca and im sure she’s gonna have a great, great future.

I think both are deserved to hire by trump organization.
However, I think Rebecca has a lot of potential so Trump should’ve notice and hire her as apprentice.
I have no doubt about it.

I just watched the last episode 2 days ago here. Randal might be a perfect apprentice, but Rebecca is equally outstanding despite her young age. I like Randal quite a lot untill he burst out those silly words. Well, I think he feels so insecure to have Rebecca working in the same organization as he knows exactly what talent/potential that Rebecca has. As a Chinese, I don’t think this has anything to do with racism, but just great insecurity that a man has…

Randal really disappointed me.
Saying that there is only ONE APPRENTICE in The Apprentice,
is such a bad excuse.
This whole show is testing each indivisual’s creativity and
personality which fits in the leader position, but Randal
just blew it at the end.
I think Mr.Trump was thinking both of them were too good to
choose one, but he couldn’t break the tacit law there to
just choose one. So he wanted to make a small, very creative
excuse to break that tacit law and hire Rebecca.
But there was selfish Randal!…

BTW, does anyone know that if a foreigner can apply for
The Apprentice? Because I really want to.
Creativity and leader ship is all about me!

The Trump organization deserved Randal.

I doubt if he will be working with them three yaers from today!

The Trump organization did not deserve Rebecca.

Rebecca is of much too high a calibere to be involved in the activities of that orgnization!

I look forward to following the progress of Rebecca in the years ahead.

Randal should have thought outside the box when asked by Mr. Trump if he should hire Rebecca as well. Rebecca clearly would be an asset to the Trump organization, and if Randal gave that “bigger picture” some consideration, he would have offered an alternative, as follows: “Mr. Trump, I am your sole Apprentice. But I think it would be an excellent decision to hire Rebecca to work within your organization because of the outstanding qualities she’s shown.” That would have been a win-win-win response.

I think it is obvious that Randal is the better person for the job. I actually was more for
Rebecca until the final show, but Randal really impressed me in the end. I agree with Randall that here should be only one Apprentice. Actually, there were two good candidates on the first season as well, but Bill was choosen. It is horrible that is being turned into a race issue. It is not a race issue nor a gender issue. Donald Turmp could have hired whomever he wanted to. He choose Randal, and then he asked for Randal’s opinion. Mr. Trump made the decision…not Randal. The question I have is why do some believe there should be two winners for the show. Randal and Rebecca were not evenly matched. I like Rebecca a lot. I think she has great
strength and determination; however, I also think she lacks good judgment and leadership skills. I wanted Rebecca to win so bad, but in the end I had to admit that Randal was the better person for
the job…and so did Donald Trump.

Randal just doesn’t have the personal qualities a successful person (business or not) would have.
That was so obvious in the board room. He was just so insecure and so un-gentleman. If you notice,
he didn’t even greet Rebecca when he walked in. That to me is a great sense of insecurity. Without
a doubt, Rebecca will be more successfully than Randal. BTW – it may not be a bad outcome for
Rebecca because she deserves better than working for Donald Trump!!!
