I Hate Infomercials!

It’s Saturday afternoon. I feel like a cold or something is coming on. All I want to do is lay on the couch and watch some TV. So, I lay down, turn on the TV and immediately find out that two of my four stations (no, I don’t have cable TV) are running those stupid infomercials! I mean here we are a little over a month away from March Madness and there are no stinkin’ college basketball games on. This brings me to a question:
Somebody must because I can’t imagine why companies would keep putting them on TV. I just hate them though. Probably the worst one I have ever witnessed is the one by RonCo. I know the audience is told to “ooh” and “ahh.” They would have to be because I can’t imagine the normal person getting that excited over cooking a chicken. These commercials just oooze fakeness.
Maybe I’m all worked up because I feel bad. I’m possibly done ranting for the rest of the day.
