Invest Better Than Warren Buffett?
By JLP | March 16, 2006
If you are a Warren Buffett fan, this article by Jon Markman will tick you off. I don’t much care for smug attitudes like Markman’s. I think there is a way to criticize someone without acting like a child. Regardless, I would be willing to bet that Warren Buffett’s net worth is greater than Markman’s.

While I appreciate the author’s bringing to light other holding companies, you’re right, the first half of the article reeks of immaturity. Criticisms lose credibility when the reader begins to wonder if the words are merely the grinding of a personal ax.

Markman used to write an article about stocks that he thought were going to go up 100x.

Take a look and see how some of his top picks have faired:

He’s no Warren Buffett to say the least.
