Trademark Case with a lot More at Stake

By JLP | March 29, 2006

I thought I would share this story about the Beatles suing Apple Computer over the use of the apple in their logo. Apple Corps, which is the Beatles’ album company, doesn’t like the fact that Apple Computer has gotten into the music business with iTunes. I think this is unfortunate because it is not likely that iTunes and Apple Corps will be confused for each other.
