JLP’s Question of the Day
By JLP | May 1, 2006
It has been a while since I last posted a Question of the Day (I guess I really shouldn’t call it a question of the day if I don’t ask one every day should I?). Oh well, here’s today’s question:
Come on, fess up! I do! This leads me to another question:
I do! Wanna see mine? Here it is if you’re interested.

It’s fun to know.

Yes and yes. I don’t really understand why people hide them. Guess I’ll find out today though. Good question…

Yup, they’re there for anyone to see, though I hope it’s not the only thing on my site that people are reading…

Site meter what? Seriously, I had no idea what you were talking about until I clicked your link. I don’t even know the stats of my own site, let alone anyone elses!

I admit. I look at mine. I have informal targets I like to meet. Everyone needs a hobby, ok?

Sometimes. I find it fun to compare what some sites, like yours, do for stats in comparison to my own. My sites pale in comparison however. I don’t show my stats simply because I never really thought to. It always seemed private to me, but then I look at everyone elses so…

I’m a stats junkie. So yes. And I check others, too. By the way, today was a great day to bring this up… You got linked by The Kirk Report, so your numbers are really high!

I do. I’m always interested in seeing what kind of traffic different sites pull.

Yes and no I don’t.
I do look at others site stats, I find it interesting and can learn a lot from what people like to read etc.
I don’t make my stats public mainly because I am in my early blogging stages and my readership is low. I don’t mind this fact, I don’t mind if it stays low but I don’t want people to judge my blog on it’s readership.

I have before, but I usually don’t. I sometime go days without looking at my own. I have a smallish readership–it’s fine with me, as I’m not a very “serious” blogger, but it does mean that my stats aren’t terribly exciting.
