People who leave their carts in the parking lot. 2.) People who park in the fire lanes (do they think they're VIPs or something?) 3.) People who park in the handicapped spots, or use fake handicap markers, who are not handicapped. Oh, and let's add people who park crooked taking up two parking spots so their miata doesn't get scratched.
