The driftwood has been sanded silky smooth and painted with an iridescent paint. It is being called a sculpture and they are asking....$750. Is this art? If the paintings sell more power to him, as for me I think I can make my own stick sculpture and paint my own numbers. (Because like any other budget line item, if it isn't spent, next year it will be reduced; but spend it all, and you are guaranteed an increase in funding.)
