We will be allowed to water the plants and flowers with a hose, though, so long as it&#039;s not during daytime. I mean, what idiots water their lawn at 2 pm in the Summer?!? 80% of water evaporates, maybe more. Unfortunately, I see said behavior on my street...</description>
