During that time, I can only run the sprinklers once a week, while in this heat it needs watering good 3 days a week. In the 6+ years we've owned our house, we've never had water restrictions. Oh, my beautiful green lawn... We will be allowed to water the plants and flowers with a hose, though, so long as it's not during daytime. I mean, what idiots water their lawn at 2 pm in the Summer?!? 80% of water evaporates, maybe more. Unfortunately, I see said behavior on my street...
