It was a bad game and this World Cup was not good either. However, there are also extremely boring games in baseball and football as well.

Basketball needs to make the goal another 11 feet tall and add antoher 20 feet to the court. The pro court looks overstuffed.

Football is overcoached. Why should it take 17 coaches to coach professional football players?

Every sport has its downside, especially if you don’t understand it’s tactics. I am not an expert at any sport, but have watched enough soccer to enjoy a well played game.

Like most things, if you don’t know much about it, it’s hard to get the full enjoyment from it. If you know some of the history, had been following all the games, or played the sport, I think you might feel differently.

No, it’s not a high scoring game, but that’s what a lot of people like about it. Rather than just going back and forth and trading inconsequential goals as in basketball, each goal is huge and much more exciting.

When a team wins the World Cup, they really can say they are the best in the world.

One could say that reading a personal finance blog dedicated to discussing such topics as budgeting, asset allocation, 401K, IRA, cash flow, insurance, financial planning, portfolio management, and other areas in personal finance is at least as boring.

(Un)fortunately for me(?), I like both!
