It seems to get fixed, and then mess up again. However, I notice that it does pick up on stuff that blogrolls me briefly and then rotates, i.e. DC Bloggers. I will get a Technorati link and then get dropped from the site, but the link is gone from the site and only a revolving DC Bloggers blogroll remains. Don't ask why I get foreign sites linked though. That's happened too. Per Technorati, no one links to my blog, and yet I'm ranked in the mid-70K's. Dunno. Weird stuff. I agree with thatedeguy. It seems to get fixed, and then mess up again.
