I think this is mine. I connect with people, I'm a good teacher, and I am highly analytical, and I inspire trust from people. And I enjoy using all of the above qualities, but none in pure isolation. I have parlayed these skills into careers in sales, marketing, technology, and finance at various stages of my life. My next real step is the development of leadership ability. I think it's been a dormant quality that I have needed to gradually nurture and become more comfortable with. Is it possible to have “balance” as your special talent?
