Whatever happened to the &quot;smart&quot; tax increase proposed by our &quot;great&quot; Governor in which he wanted to lower property taxes for citizens, but raise taxes for business? If that passed, and this survey takes it into account, I&#039;d be surprised to find us still at #2. Taxes on business always end up as taxes on citizens, anyway ... what demagogery.</description>
