Whatever happened to the "smart" tax increase proposed by our "great" Governor in which he wanted to lower property taxes for citizens, but raise taxes for business? If that passed, and this survey takes it into account, I'd be surprised to find us still at #2. Taxes on business always end up as taxes on citizens, anyway ... what demagogery.
