H & R Block needs to upgrade it's customer service center and change it's policies in a big way regarding penalizations and fees for withdrawals etc...

They are generally behind the "curve". I will NOT use them again for my investment, savings, educational savings or retirement savings purposes. It has COST me $. And I have not gained or earned anything above my initial investment due to "fees" associated with minimum deposits and annual "rules"

No thank you!

I had a problem with the card access website for 3 weeks now and when I finally did get a live person. They could not give me a good answer as to why the system would not work. I asked to speak to someone else and she said no then I asked for her information and she put me back on hold and never came back to the phone. Her name is Kathrine and she is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to even think about calling this customer service line. I'm going to switch over to another banking instution
