JLP Pays Homage to the Consumerist!

Ben over at the Consumerist has been most kind to me lately. He has linked to several of my recent posts, and for that I say thanks. It’s always nice to get some new readers (although there’s NOTHING wrong with the readers I have now!).
Anyhow, Ben and Meghann run a great blog over at the Consumerist. It’s a place for shoppers to bite back and it’s really cool. This is the age of the internet and one thing companies will no longer be able to ignore is bad customer service. I would be willing to bet that every Fortune 500 company has someone keeping an eye on what goes on over at the Consumerist.
