Is My Blog Loading Slowly?

I have noticed since last night that my blog seems to load slowly. Have any of you experienced any problems?

It is a little slower than usual. The middle column loads up immediately, but it took about 2-3 seconds for the columns on the side to load up. I’m on a regular home DSL connection. I hope that helped!

I think the problem is a Feedburner plugin I added the other day. I removed the plugin. Now hopefully the blog will load faster.

seems a tad slow today. At least the sidebars load slower than usual.

You could add a timer to see how long it took…

Loads okay for me. If you “view source” your web code and look near the bottom, you can see how long it took to serve at least the self-hosted php part of the page. In my case: 20 queries. 2.629 seconds. (That’s pretty long, actually.) Slow-loading external scripts may cause it to be even slower.

I reloaded and now it says “20 queries. -0.861 seconds”?

20 queries. 2.632 seconds, the load time shows in firefox is around 7 or 8 second from hong kong.

Seems to be loading normal for me.

As of 10:32pm EST on December 23rd things are back to normal for me
Loads in a second or less.
