If you have linked to AllFinancialMatters, could you please check and make sure you are using the new URL (http://AllFinancialMatters.com)? The old URL still works but I’m trying to phase it out. Also, if you have linked to specific pages in the past, and it’s not too much trouble, could you also change the first part of the URL to the new URL? For example:
One of the popular entries I have done was the How to…Personal Finance Edition. The OLD URL looked like this:
http://allthingsfinancialblog.com/2006/09/11/how-to-personal-finance-edition/
The new URL should look like this:
http://allfinancialmatters.com/2006/09/11/how-to-personal-finance-edition/

JLP, it should be fairly straightforward to set up a redirect on ATF that sends send all requests to AFM, but with the same permalink structure. That would save all of your inbound links, and wouldn’t require everyone to go through their archives and change everything out. You could probably do it with a MySQL query, but the average blogger would have to do this by hand, which is an awful lot to ask. Especially considering you could fix it on your end with a line or two in your .htaccess file. Unfortunately, I’m not sure exactly how that line or two should look, but I know it’s do-able.
You should also check into any possible WordPress plugins that will do this for you. In short, install a plugin on ATF that redirects to AFM. I’m not sure that such a plugin exists, but it’s fairly likely.
