		<description>I read that same article myself. It was pretty interesting. I think they had some other criteria. Otherwise, I&#039;m sure there was some penny stock that was up like 1000% over the past 10 years. 

And I agree with Tom, the Enrons of the world are the worst performing stocks, but they don&#039;t make it into lists like these because they became worthless.</description>
