In Canada you get dragged into court and have your wages garnished, but luckily the CCRA do not have the sweeping powers of the IRS (and hopefully they never will). But I'm sure Flipper Peregrine and Anshe Chung (whatever her name is) are paying real taxes on the real income they generate for their Second Life businesses. FWIW, I can't get into Second Life. I like PF Blogging and one MMORPG game, but Second Life's appeal totally escapes me. You'd think with my life online that SL would be fun, but no. I really don't get it.
