I wonder how many question marks you would have had 3 months ago when it was 98% cash.
If I follow whatever I have planned, I am hoping to reduce the cash part to about 25% and then maintain it that way.

Cool, thanks for the shout out! I agree that if you do a job well and you’re a good pastor, you should get paid accordingly.
