JLP’s Weekly Roundup (Week of October 15, 2007)

By JLP | October 22, 2007

Since my birthday was October 15, I’ll call this the Birthday Edition of the roundup. Here’s some posts from the MoneyBlogNetwork over the past week:

How NCN lives without credit cards. – Although I don’t normally use credit cards, I do use my debit card and I LOVE IT!

MBH hosted last week’s Carnival of Personal Finance

JD thinks that if you want to save the planet but less stuff!

FMF found a Forbes article that said $4 million isn’t enough to retire on. – $4 million seems a like a lot to me. No it won’t put you in the lap of luxury but it could fund a nice retirement.

Nickel signed up for an Amazon Prime account.

Flexo highlights a Money article on debunking retirement myths.

Jim thinks credit card debt its about responsibility not math.

My friend, Single Ma, has an update on the financial literacy challenge.

The Digerati Life takes a look at some whacky stock market indicators.

That’s it for this week. Enjoy!
