ATTENTION ALL BLOGGERS - Are You a Stumbler?

By JLP | February 14, 2008

I have had a Stumble Upon account for quite a while but never really got into it. That was until Ciaran over at Chance Favors the Prepared Mind told me about it. Anyway, I’ve been adding friends daily and wanted to extend an invitation to my fellow bloggers (and readers if you have a StumbleUpon account). If you’re interested, visit my StumbleUpon Profile and add me as a friend (I’ll of course return the favor). If you’d like to familiarize yourself with StumbleUpon, read Ciaran’s recent post.

I just added you as a friend. Can you guess which one is me?

That was a good introduction to it, I think. I’ve been a fan of SU for a while now. :)

I love SU. I’ve clicked that stumble button in my toolbar probably 20,000 times. I have since built a collection of nearly 3,000 bookmarks of pages I like. The problem now is trying to find one of those bookmarks in my incredibly long list, so I’m slowly exporting them to del.icio.us, but tagging most of them is quite a chore.

    Hey JLP,

I’m sorry I missed this post for so many hours, just getting around to my feedreader now, as I was over at SU and watching college hoops for the last few hours;)

Thanks very much for the shout out, I appreciate that.

I think the more you get into SU, the more levels you go through, the experience is always evolving. The experience for me today (tonight) is very different then it was just two weeks ago. And two weeks before that it was very different.

I guess what I’m trying to say here is I look forward to what the future (over there) has to offer me. That’s the hook, that’s what keeps me coming back for more.

Enjoy it (but be careful, it’s definitely addictive) and I’ll see you around. Btw, thanks for dropping by for my R Clemens rant;)

…and Jeremy what’s your SU username?

I played with it a month ago or so, but I haven’t picked it up as a habit yet. It is on my list of things to do once I finish more of my todo list for getting my site going the way I want it.

Feel free to add me though and I’ll see you around once I get going. :) SU username: Mrdb

I don’t stumble, but I need to! I think I have a profile, but it needs updating. Thanks for the reminder.

I’ve been using it for the last little while - its a great tool and I’ve found some very interesting sites as a result. Added you as a friend as well.

I just added you today so I hope this works out for both of us. I stumble folks all the time whether we are friends or not.

I have a StumbleUpon account; I use it infrequently, but I have been a beneficiary of large amounts of traffic from being StumbledUpon. I will add you as a friend when I get on again!

I had an account and forgot all about it. I started a new one under my blog name and have added you. I just recently noticed getting a smidge of traffic from SU.
