Dow Jones Sector Total Returns for 2008
By JLP | March 11, 2008
Here’s a quick look at the total returns so far this year for the Dow Jones Sector Indexes, which make up the Dow Jones Total Market Index:
As you can see, 2008 is not off to a very good start. The only sectors to turn in a positive monthly performance was the Basic Materials Index and Oil & Gas Index during February. Everything else has been negative. Maybe things will turn around.

I’m not trying to start a speculating discussion but what are your thoughts about the rest of the year JLP (or maybe the next few months even)? Any general impressions or “vibe?”
Do you think the stimulus package will do any immediate good?
