If a company can't describe their own site clearly, how can they expect people to figure it out for themselves? And if people can't see how a site benefits them, they won't come back. Wonder how long it'll take before H&R Block buys it out from them. Your description doesn't make any sense either -- which, knowing that it's copied verbatim from Block itself, leads me to think it's the confused result when when tax accountants decide to get hip and "do" Web 2.0.
