I’m working on a story this week about programs that let consumers swap or cash in their rewards points or frequent-flier miles. For example: I’ll give you a new coffee maker for your 20,000 Delta miles. Two such sites are LoyaltyMatch.com and Points.com. I’ve used points.com to get amazon credit for my miles. worked great.
