Cicero says "Gratitude is the mother of all virtues". Couple that w/ faith & your doing great. And to "snap" some gratitude in you, try reading a few epic WW II books. I am. Humbling, scary, and always profound. Yet today, in an odd way, it really lends perspective. No wonder my grandparents seemed to have their life so together. ..

Great, upbeat post.

I am a worrier too. However, I have found Dale Carnegie's book, How To Stop Worrying and Start Living, to be educational and extremely helpful. I've diligently worked some of the steps & suggestions to great benefit. I am definitely worrying less because of it.

I highly recommend it!

Hi,

Personally, I give my thoughts/emotions/feelings a channel to express themselves, acknowledge them for what they are, instead of overwriting those with different ones or simply suppressing them.

Cheers
