I have to admit it. When I hear of someone or something proclaiming ” It’s not about about the money . . .” , I’m skeptical enough to believe that in fact it’s always about the money. In reading your review plus others, it’s an interesting notion that is not talked about enough these days. It propably won’t bring world peace, but i can see it being an interesting read.

Sounds like I’m mainly a Saver, but w/the same other 2 traits you have.

I’m in, sir!!! Thanks for sharing your views on the book. The book seems interesting, and from the archetypes described, I’m definitely a mix of Pleasure Seeker, The Idealist, and The Caretaker. I love having my game releases on time and will do anything (even sell old stuff of mine) to get that new game; as much as I can, I give away my money to charity and I also lend and sometimes even give money to family members, especially when in need.

Interesting sounding book - I wonder which I’d be. While the idea of an Empire sounds fantastic, its not because I long for power

Sounds like an interesting book. I love investigating how our minds control our actions, especially when it comes to money. Thanks for the review. I will have to look into this one.

Your review prompted me to head over to Amazon and read the excerpt. I was really getting into “The Wanting Mind” concept in the first 8 pages and then reached the index. Reading the rest of this book, would be an entertaining way to spend my flight next week to Arizona to visit my wife’s family.
